Group Classes

Optimus offers classes in disciplines such as yoga, tai chi, and dance.

Optimus Strength & Conditioning

Optimus Strength & Conditioning aims to increase athletic performance and quality of life through barbell based strength and power training and interval style conditioning methods.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an ancient martial art that incorporates balance, meditation, and slow, fluid forms.

Yoga

We offer two yoga classes: Hatha Yoga and Iyengar Yoga. They are taught by our certified yoga instructors, Kate Walker and Linda Lutz.

Olympic Style Lifting

Optimus Olympic Style Lifting is designed to improve technique, power and mobility in the Olympic Style lifts, the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. For beginners to advanced weight lifters.

Qigong

Qigong consists of stationary exercises done in a circle. The benefits include improved circulation, balance, posture, mental clarity, as well as an increase in overall flexibility and joint mobility.

Dance Class

Dance Class is a fun, informal gathering of interested clients who choreograph and practice dance movements to music of their choice. (No certified instructor.)

Optimus Endurance

Optimus Endurance is a 60 minute class designed to help increase overall strength, muscle endurance, and power to help improve performance in all types of endurance.

Optimus Mobility

Optimus Mobility is designed to help participates improve overall joint mobility and range of motion in the ankles, hips, knees, shoulders and trunk which enables more effective movement in everyday life.
